The MUT communicated with the Education Minister and with the University Rector to inform them that the Union shall proceed with the signing of the new Junior College Collective Agreement. This followed the members’ vote where the absolute majority of members (87%) approved the agreement. The MUT thanks its members for their continued support.

The MUT congratulates Hon Jerome Caruana Cilia for his appointment as Shadow Minister for Education. The MUT is looking forward to work with Hon Caruana Cilia. The Union thanks Hon Justin Schembri for his work in the past years and wishes him the best for the future.
