Directive for LSAs not to provide documentation if it is not going to be returned

Youth for youth concert by the Lisa Maria Foundation and the Malta Youth Orchestra
The Lisa Maria Foundation is organising a ‘YOUTH for YOUTH’ concert together with the Malta Youth Orchestra of the Malta Philarmonic Orchestra (MPO).
