Commencement of Church Schools Collective Agreement Negotiations

Following an introductory meeting held last Friday with the Secretariat for Catholic Education, the MUT has requested the commencement of negotiations on the new Collective Agreement for Church Schools so that these are held in parallel with negotiations on the Sectoral Agreement for State Schools.

The MUT held the first negotiation meeting with St. Edward’s College on the collective agreement. During this meeting, attended by the new MUT leadership and included the MUT delegate, the way forward on the negotiations was agreed by all parts.
