Directive for Heads, Assistant Heads and HODs not to attend PMP Supervisors of Clerical Staff Course
Last October, the MUT had settled the issue related to the “Performance Management Skills Training Course for Supervisors” course. The Ministry for Education and Employment had in fact identified the persons who should attend these courses organised by the OPM and agreed that Heads, Assistant Heads and HODs were advised that they need not attend these courses. It now transpires that some members are still being summoned for this course, which is for supervisors of clerical grades.
In view of this, the MUT is issuing a directive for Heads, Assistant Heads and HODs not to attend this course.
