The MUT communicated with the new Rector of the University of Malta Prof Frank Bezzina and congratulated him for his new post. The Union thanked former Rector Prof Alfred Vella for the services rendered at the University of Malta and for the support to the Union in the past years.

The MUT communicated with the Education Minister and with the University Rector to inform them that the Union shall proceed with the signing of the new Junior College Collective Agreement. This followed the members’ vote where the absolute majority of members (87%) approved the agreement. The MUT thanks its members for their continued support.
