Update on the Call for Applications for LSA2
The issue of LSAs who finished the course to upgrade their qualification to LSA2 is still on going with the MUT chasing the Ministry to issue a call for applications to give the opportunity to these LSAs to be rewarded for their studies and initiative. Following correspondence as published here, the Union sent a number of reminders to which the Permanent Secretary stated that this had to be sorted out and the DG DES will be taking appropriate action to address the situation.
The Union will keep chasing the Ministry until this call for applications for the post of LSA2 is issued and will inform members once it is.
