Following a meeting held yesterday with Students Services Department, it was agreed that variations between different schools and colleges in the use of templates were due to information which was not provided in a timely manner. It was therefore agreed that Guidance teachers who had already prepared or started working on previous formats of reports/templates will be allowed to present these reports and will not be requested to use the new format. It was agreed that the said Department will be informing Guidance teachers to this effect.
