Issue regarding Mathematics software in State Secondary schools
Following reports by members in relation to incompatibility issues of new Laptops with three software packages of Mathematics (Microworlds Logo, Cabri and Derive), the Union had discussions with FTS. The Union is informed that three compatible software packages (MSW Logo, Geo Gebra and Ms Mathematics) have now been made available by the Education Officer of the subject for teachers/schools to download.
