Directive to all Peripatetic/Support teachers
The MUT is informed that some Peripatetic/Support teachers are being expected to teach more than one group simultaneously. The union has been clear with the Ministry that this is not acceptable and there is no communication from the Ministry requesting this. Yet the MUT is informed that there is a specific direction in one college to carry out lessons to more than one group. The MUT directs members to refrain from teaching more than one group and to report instances where this is being requested.
