UPDATED 9/6/21: Directive re: attendance in State and Church Schools
The MUT is hereby notifying that the directive regarding attendance is being suspended during the examinations period. The MUT shall still continue to follow the situation of new laptops with the respective employers and shall issue directions as applicable.
Update and clarification on directive on attendance – Wednesday 9-6-2021
The MUT is hereby clarifying that the directive on attendance has been suspended only in situations where there are exams. The directive is still applicable if lessons are still being carried out. Furthermore, the MUT is informed about pressures being made on members to log attendance records of the past months. This cannot be requested and all work which was not carried out during the directive cannot be requested once the directive is suspended. Members are urged to report any undue pressure to the union.
