Understanding teachers’ professional lives and careers: A Maltese case study

Two researchers from the Department of Leadership for Learning and Innovation, Faculty of Education, University of Malta, are conducting a research study focusing on the professional experience of teachers and educators in Malta. The research project is entitled “Understanding teachers’ professional lives and careers: A Maltese case study”. The aim of this research is to gain insights of Maltese teachers’ professional lives and career progression. It aims to create a platform for teachers’ voices to be heard and represented. Educators are being requested to fill in a questionnaire online HERE which takes around 10 minutes. Identity will remain anonymous throughout.
