Directive to all Heads of State Schools and Centres – MEDE KPIs
The MUT communicated with the Directorate for Educational Services regarding a communication received by schools on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Union is objecting to a direction which is expecting schools to implement KPIs within a short time-frame, when the said KPIs were introduced a few weeks ago and the Union had no discussions whatsoever regarding these exercise and targets. The Union is therefore directing all Heads of Schools and Centres to ignore the communication received.
