Sectoral Agreement: One profession – One Union
This morning MUT officials have proceeded with negotiations on the Sectoral Agreement for Educators with the Government and the Education Ministry. The MUT is negotiating better working conditions for LSEs, Teachers, KGEs, HOS, AHs, EOs and HODs. This followed the failed attempt by Upe to separate LSEs from the Educators group, which was rejected by the Industrial Tribunal.
