No agreement with Union on Learning Outcomes Framework
The MUT would like to point out that, unlike what is being rumoured, there is no agreement with the Ministry for Education and Employment (MEDE) yet on the Learning Outcomes Framework (LOF). The LOF system will be discussed within the framework of the sectoral agreement, the negotiations of which are currently pending.
The MUT would also like to point out that there is an agreement with the government for the information sessions planned by the MEDE since the Union believes that it is very important that educators get to become aware what the LOF system entails and this would empower members to be able to give feedback to the Union and the MEDE accordingly.
