MUT requests urgent working group meeting with employers – position unchanged
The MUT has just written to the Ministry for Education and Employment that in view of the request made yesterday by the MUT and the developing situation, it is requesting that the working group created following the closure of schools is convened within 24 hours to discuss the situation of online teaching.
Meanwhile the MUT would like to re-iterate that its position on the request for the postponement of schools and other educational institutions has not changed. The Union also appeals with all concerned not to politicize the education sector particularly during this very delicate period.
