MUT re-iterates appeal for security in schools
Following reported incidents involving aggressive behavior towards educators at the start of this scholastic year, the MUT reiterates for the umpteenth time its appeal for schools to be equipped with the necessary security measures. Despite several promises made by this and the previous administration, there have been little developments. Unfortunately, in Malta on many occasions something has to happen for action to be taken and this is unacceptable, both for children and educators who spend long hours in unsecured work places. The Union therefore appeals for some sense to prevail on this issue of great importance.
