Job Shadowing placements
The MUT wrote to the DG DES to set up an urgent meeting on the issue of job shadowing, especially where it concerns who and how these should be found. The Union stated that the current situation is creating a conflict between guidance teachers and Career Advisors. Also, the Union would also like to finalise the issue of the pending recruitment process for EO’s in counselling and career guidance.
