Directive regarding old laptops – All Educators
The MUT has been in continuous communication with the Ministry following the failure of the Ministry to carry out repairs to old laptops. Educators cannot carry out online teaching and support without these devices and yet, the Ministry is not only failing to provide new laptops to all educators but is also failing to repair old devices. In view of this, the union is directing all educators who have malfunctions in laptops to refrain from using their personal devices for school-related purposes including for online teaching.
