Directive on LSA Replacement
The Union is directing SMT members to refrain from implementing the direction issued by DES on the replacement of LSAs at school level. LSAs are also directed to stick to their current arrangement.
Furthermore, the MUT would like to stress that this and any other circular does not in any way reflect the new Sectoral Agreement. The new Sectoral Agreement, apart from the financials, is to start being implemented as from the next scholastic year.
