De La Salle College Contracts for Laptops
The MUT wrote to the Director at the De La Salle College after members informed the Union that the college is asking staff to sign a new contract on laptops, even though the laptops in question have not been replaced but are still those that they already signed for three years ago. In this light, the MUT is directing members at the college to refrain from signing any new contract until such time as an agreement on the validity and need for this new contract (largely on obsolete machinery) is reached.
