Courses to teach new VET subjects are on a voluntary basis
Various members reported to the Union that they are being pressured into taking courses so that as from the next scholastic year they would start teaching one of the new VET subjects in Secondary Schools. The Union would like to confirm that these courses are on a purely voluntarily basis. Members who find themselves in such predicament are advised to contact the Union for support.
