The MUT is directing all members at MCAST to provide only the proof of purchase (receipt) when claiming the work resources allowance. Members who shall be requested to provide any other information are being requested to inform the Union.

The MUT wrote to the DG DES about a direction issued to schools in relation to a stationery list sent by the financial officers with a two-day deadline. The Union stated that it is issuing a directive to all schools to refrain from adhering to this direction in view of the tight deadline.

The Union is hereby directing all teaching grades carrying out on-board supervision at Helen Keller RC to refrain from changing vans/routes until the Union and DES agree about the way forward to solve the shortage of escorts.
