Updates on agreements
MUT Officials have been working incessantly on the four agreements being negotiated with the Government in accordance with the schedule of negotiations which has been established. Earlier this week the MUT Council started the process to go through finalized sections of the sectoral agreement text. This meticulous process will proceed in the next weeks. The Union is pleased to announce that negotiations of the IFE agreement are almost concluded and the union shall be initiating the internal process leading to the vote on the agreement. Affected members are being updated. Negotiations with MCAST and ITS are ongoing and significant progress has been registered. MUT thanks Officials, Council, Delegates, Staff and members for the continued support.
