Update – LSE seniority
Reference to the seniority of LSEs. The MUT is committed to uphold the interest of all LSEs and shall only act to safeguard the same interests. Following a series of events which were triggered by the announcement of the vote, the union received a legal direction to suspend the voting process. The voting process is being suspended pending further developments and in accordance with legal directions received in the future. For clarity and the avoidance of doubts, the MUT shall not carry out any voting procedures during summer holidays.
