Ultimatum to MCAST on Directors and Deputy Directors grades
On Friday 1st March MUT issued an ultimatum to MCAST regarding negotiations of a new agreement for Directors and Deputy Directors grades. During a marathon session involving negotiations on different grades of the collective agreement, MCAST gave positive reactions to a number of proposals of grades which were being discussed except for proposals of Directors and Deputy Directors. To this effect MUT issued an ultimatum which shall expire on Thursday 7th March. On the day there is another meeting involving negotiations of these grades. MUT shall provide feedback to affected members following the ultimatum.
