No agreement on meetings during holiday period
The MUT is once again receiving information from members about meetings being organised by State and Church schools to be held during the holiday period. A meeting for State Heads of School, for example, was cancelled following representation by the Union.
The Union reiterates that there is no agreement on such meetings and therefore they cannot be held during the holiday period. This includes ALL grades currently on holidays including LSAs, KGAs, teachers, Assistant Heads, Heads, etc. Members are once again invited to seek the Union’s advice if there is undue pressure to attend.
