Negotiations stalled: MUT expects negotiations on pending agreements with the Government to resume at the earliest
The MUT has communicated to the Principal Permanent Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister as it is highly concerned that negotiations on all agreements are currently stalled and have been so since early December 2019. The MUT took a step back to enable matters leading to changes in administration to settle. However, it is now mid-February and to date no meeting on any one of pending agreements has been scheduled. MUT members, rightly so, expect all negotiations to resume and conclude at the earliest.
