A half-day National Conference on the Education of Children with Visual Impairment is being held on the 16th of June 2018 at the Gateway Building at the University of Malta, Msida Campus. This is being organised by the Carers of Children with Visual Impairment (CCVI) Malta, which is a community within the Association to Assist Visually Impaired Persons, AAVIP. This community has been recently set up to promote the educational interests of children with visual impairment. The organisation feels that together a difference for children can be made and this will be possible by working in conjunction with all other stakeholders, including Educational Authorities, schools, teachers, LSEs and volunteers who are in direct contact with children. This conference is being held in conjunction with an Erasmus+ Project by the same organisation. Educators interested in the agenda and in attending the event should inform the organisers by writing to email@example.com.
