MUT Representatives treated with suspicion at MCAST
The MUT has written to the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Employment as the Union is highly concerned with very negative developments occurring at MCAST which are putting an added strain on bilateral relations between the MCAST top management and the MUT. Simple requests by MCAST staff to be accompanied by an MUT representative are being treated with utmost suspicion and the situation is now reaching a completely unacceptable level. In conclusion, the MUT formally appealed to the Ministry to take all the necessary steps with MCAST top management so that the Union and its representatives can carry out their duties serenely and as protected by the laws of Malta.
