MUT Declares a trade dispute with San Andrea School
The MUT has declared a trade dispute with San Andrea School on the negotiations of a new collective agreement. Although discussions have been ongoing for some time, the school is carrying out the implementation of a number of measures, affecting educators, without any discussions with the union and outside the negotiations of the collective agreement. The MUT has been trying to address such changes in the context of negotiations but this is being refused by the school negotiator. To this effect, the MUT is notifying that negotiations have failed and is declaring a trade dispute with the school.
