MUT declares a trade dispute and breach of agreement regarding the ALP, Paola
The MUT has declared a trade dispute with the Ministry for Education following changes to the Alternative Learning Programme, which shall affect educators, and which were not discussed with the union. Last week the MUT declared a breach of agreement with the Ministry for Education regarding a meeting being held during the summer holidays for educators at the St Thomas More College Alternative Learning Programme (ALP). The union has given an ultimatum and declared a breach of agreement on the matter.
