MUT announces conference on International Studies
The Malta Union of Teachers (MUT) is hereby announcing a National Conference entitled “The role of international studies (TIMSS, PIRLS and PISA) in providing a true picture of Maltese Students’ Attainment”. This conference will include the presentation of a study and analysis conducted by Dr. Vincent Marmara’ on behalf of the MUT together with subsequent discussion by experts and main stakeholders in the educational field. Speakers will include MUT officials and representatives of the Ministry, Directorates and other important stakeholders in the educational field. The conference will be held on Tuesday, 20th November 2018 between 8.30am and 2.30pm at the New Dolmen Resort Hotel, Qawra. The conference programme will be forwarded to all participants closer to the date.
A limited number of places are available on a first-come, first-served basis for MUT paid-up members only. Places are very limited – please book now to avoid disappointment.
