Invitation to participate in research on teachers’ adaptability following involuntary deployment within the State Secondary sector
Ms Alexia Tanti is an educator currently undertaking a Master in Applied Educational Leadership course with the Institute for Education. For her dissertation, she shall be conducting an educational research project meant to get an insight into how teachers who experience an involuntary deployment in the state secondary sector adjust to the new school.
This invitation is being extended to state school secondary teachers who have experienced involuntary deployment in the secondary sector at some point in their careers. Participation entails an interview that should not last more than one hour, and that would be scheduled on a day and at a time convenient to the participant. The interview can be conducted either online or in person, based on the participant’s preference.
