Directive to ignore call for information on Customer Care requests in Schools
Reference is being made to a call for information by the Ministry for Education and Employment in relation to a PQ regarding details about customer care requests in schools. Schools do not have a customer care facility as this service is present centrally by the Ministry. Members are therefore directed to refrain from providing any information which is ultimately to be obtained from the central authorities.
