Declaration of Trade Dispute with the Ministry of Education – recognition of grades
The MUT is declaring a trade dispute with the Ministry of Education due to its failure to recognise the MUT as the sole representative of a number of grades despite having the majority in the grade. The Ministry is denying the freedom of association and collective representation rights to the affected grades and the union shall not accept such discrimination. The MUT shall be communicating with respective grades to take all applicable actions to safeguard their interests.
