Objection to DLAP 011 – Assessment of practical tasks for VET and Applied subjects

The MUT has communicated with the respective directorate to object about the new requirements being expected from schools to implement these modes of assessment during the pandemic. The union affirms that the new responsibilities of decisions regarding this assessment cannot be delegated from MATSEC to respective schools. The union shall be updating members accordingly.

Assessment/Learning Outcomes and examinations in schools – meeting requested

The MUT has requested a meeting with the Curriculum department to discuss Assessment/Learning Outcomes and examinations procedures if applicable. The union is requesting discussions as educators have no clear direction regarding these practices in the context of the procedures being adopted due to respective protocols. The union shall be updating members accordingly.
