MUT and St. Martin’s College sign a new collective agreement
Following months of negotiations and a unanimous vote of members who approved the agreement, the MUT and St. Martin’s College signed a new collective agreement. This is the first agreement with the college and the first agreement with an independent school following the sectoral agreement with the government. As a first, this agreement has established the parity of esteem with the new sectoral agreement. The MUT thanks the College management, the delegates and members who were instrumental in reaching this agreement.
The Union is negotiating other agreements with independent schools and is looking forward to conclude agreements in the coming months.
