Timeline (refer to plate):

24^th May 2024 – Negotiations  concluded. Unanimous approval of agreement by MUT Council. Start of process leading to members’ meetings and online voting

29^th May 2024 – Closing date at 9am for the registration to vote and to attend face-to-face meetings

29^th May 2024 – Email to members regarding procedure to book a viewing slot and to register for online meetings

30^th May 2024 – Face to-face Meeting with members in Malta (venue to be announced shortly)

*Face to-face Meeting with members in Gozo (date and venue to be announced shortly) 

30^th May 2024 to 5^th June 2024 – Online VOTING period

31^st May 2024 to 5^th June 2024 – Viewing of agreement by members. Online meetings. Q&A sessions. Information to members by email

5^th June 2024 – Announcement of members’ online voting  result
