The MUT and Education Ministry pursue the negotiations on the Sectoral Agreement
The MUT and the Education Ministry pursued negotiations on the new sectoral agreement earlier today. Discussions are currently being carried out on principles which shall form the basis of the agreement. The agreement covers the seven main grades consisting of LSEs, KGEs, Teachers, HODs, AHs, HoS and EOs. It also includes other grades. The MUT shall continue to update members. Any information about the agreement which is coming from any source beyond the Ministry or the MUT is fake, deceiving and is only meant to derail the negotiations process at the detriment of affected educators.
