More specific guidance for KGEs issued
Following a number of meetings with the Directorates within the Ministry for Education, more practical guidelines for Kindergarten have been issued to be implemented while schools are working online. Please refer to the relevant document entitled “Guidelines for Kindergarten for the duration of online sessions in March 2021” issued by the Directorate for Learning and Assessment (DLAP) for more details. Any specific issues can be directed to the Union for guidance in the spirit of discussions held.
Meanwhile, KGEs and ECEC teachers in kindergarten are directed to ignore any guidelines issued other than the ones mentioned above. Any other guidelines or directions have not been agreed upon with the union and are to be ignored.
