Request for re-negotiation of mobility and bridging agreements
The MUT has written to the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry for Education and Employment to request the re-negotiation of the Agreement to Facilitate Mobility for Educators between Licensed Schools, signed in 2015, and the Bridging Agreement, signed in 2013. The reason is a number of anomalies between both agreements and due to a situation where a number of educators are facing discrimination, particularly due to the applicability of both agreements.
