Special Leave and Court Duties
Following an exchange of correspondence with the Director (People Support & Wellbeing) at OPM and the DG Operations at MEDE, the MUT can confirm once again what was agreed on in a meeting held last year, where it was decided that educators called to testify in court will not have their Special Leave deducted unless the case was opened by the educator himself/herself. The DG Operations will be communicating with College Principals and Heads of School accordingly.
