Industrial action at San Ġorġ Preca Secondary Ħamrun (Liċeo) on Monday 6th February
The MUT notified the Ministry for Education and Employment that it is ordering industrial action at the San Ġorġ Preca Secondary Ħamrun (Liċeo). In its correspondence with the Ministry, the Union noted that despite representations to address the difficulties at this school, the situation is not improving and the issues reported at length in the past months are still pending. The Union is therefore ordering a one-hour strike (8.05am-9.05am) for all teaching grades at the Ħamrun (Liċeo) on Monday 6th February. The Union also notified the Ministry that it may escalate industrial action to other schools if the situation is not addressed.
