Update on the court warrant (mandat) regarding the situation of State Primary peripatetic, subject teaching in Primary, Complimentary, Nurture and services
Earlier today, the MUT and its legal team were once again in court to defend affected members’ rights during the scheduled hearing of the court warrant filed by the Ministry for Education against the union. This is related to the ongoing issues related to State Primary peripatetic, subject teaching in Primary, Complimentary, Nurture and services.
For the second time, the session led to a decree by the sitting Judge who recused himself from the case as well. The case shall now pass to another sitting Judge. The MUT will keep affected members updated accordingly.
