Typed IEP not a requirement
The MUT wrote to the Director at DSS after members reported that they were requested to produce a typed version of the IEP. The Union stated that this is the first time such instructions have been issued as it is understood that LSAs do not have access to a laptop to carry out such work. In reply to this, the Director stated that this is not a requirement. The MUT can therefore confirm that LSAs cannot be requested to produce typed IEPs.
