“Training Course for Supervisors” issue resolved
The issue related to the “Performance Management Skills Training Course for Supervisors” course is now resolved after the MUT was contacted by the Ministry for Education and Employment (MEDE) on the said issue outlined here. The MEDE identified the persons who should attend these courses organised by the OPM and Heads, Assistant Heads and HODs are now advised that they need not attend these courses. The Union thanks the MEDE and the Operations Directorate for their intervention.
