Survey on Reward and Motivation in the Workplace
A 4th Year Management Honours Student at the University of Malta is currently conducting a survey for his dissertation, which is entitled “The Relationship Between Reward and Motivation in the Workplace”. The main aim of this study is to discover the most significant correlations between reward and motivation for employees and to prove if Maltese workers are being motivated more by intrinsic rather than by extrinsic rewards.
