Sexual harassment at the workplace
Sexual harassment involves sexualised forms of unwanted or unwelcome behaviour, which violates the dignity of an individual and creates a humiliating environment. Everyone can be a victim of sexual harassment.
The MUT supports the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) in this campaign and its investigation of complaints of alleged sexual harassment at the workplace. More information and complaints can be lodged using the form available on the NCPE’s website HERE.
