Newly qualified/recruited teachers and supply educators: Mentoring, confirmation and probation
The MUT has corresponded with the respective educational authorities regarding mentoring/confirmation and probation concerning newly recruited/qualified educators and supply educators. The Union made clearly its position that educators in these situations cannot suffer any delays in the confirmation/warranting procedure due to the current situation. The MUT affirms that the two terms of the current scholastic year should suffice to confirm educators.
