New Collective Agreement for the Institute for Education
The MUT and the Government signed the first Collective Agreement for the Institute for Education. This is the first collective agreement for this entity since its establishment in 2015 and was approved by a 100% members’ vote. The new agreement which covers all employees in the entity, namely administrative, managerial and lecturing grades shall lead to improved conditions of work and financials amongst other measures. The agreement provides also security of employment to employees and recognizes the IFE as a leading educational institution. The MUT thanks the Government, IfE management and delegates for the successful conclusion of negotiations leading to this agreement. (photo caption DOI)
